  • Great  mobile and TV reception
  • We don’t have WIFI but reception is good if you bring a laptop and your own portable WIFI device / mobile phone with hotspot / dongle (available at Telstra or the post office – ensure it is activated before arrival) you will also need your phone hotspot to watch Netflix on the TV
  • Large fully fenced garden around the cottage
  • Doggie door for small to medium dogs – we do ask owners to have pets on leash when walking through paddocks near horses and cows
  • Ideal writers or artist retreat – beautiful setting/quiet location
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage

  • Go for a long walk in the neighbouring pine forest
  • Buy Goats cheese direct from the farm – Jannei Goat Dairy – near Lithgow
  • Visit amazing open gardens – Nooroo, Windy ridge etc …  in Mt Wilson
  • Farmers markets –  Tarana 4th Sunday of the month / Oberon first sat of the month / Blackheath  2nd Sunday of month / Hartley stores market day
  • Sit back in the lovely country garden and enjoy the sound of silence, read a book and relax
  • Take the dog for a long walk and experience lots of amazing sights and the clean fresh country air
